Professional, friendly and quick
It was a repeat appt from the day prior, when the dryer had been partially fixed. Chester diagnosed the problem immediately and not only corrected the issue, but did a complete inspection and pointed out some other minor issues. He also went the extra mile and contacted the service and today's diagnosis, labor, and parts were free of charge. With his 27 years of service, I'm not sure I could have gotten a better repairman. And Sears backed up their guarantee! A good day.

I was surprised at how soon Rudy was dispatched to install the new ice maker in our refrigerator. It arrived in the mail on Friday and Rudy was here on Saturday and installed it. We ran 3 loads of ice through it and all is well. We are a bit pleasantly surprised by the size of the cubes. Nice job and Thank You to both Kenny, the first tech and Rudy, we are back to making iced drinks.

The actual repair rep was excellent. He knew what the problem was, ordered the parts and completed the job the day after the parts arrived. The "Sears" part was ridiculously poor. For starters it is a week long, full time job to reach a human. I think that 95%of the staff are robots. When you get your call to corporate office, in, you get the "This number is no longer in service." Really?! The CEO doesn't have a working phone? Repair service - 10/10. Sears - 0/10
