Eddie was very knowledgable and got right to work. Eddie showed up within the agreed on time, assessed the ice maker and made adjustments and left us with instructions that if this adjustment didn't fix the bridging problem with the ice cubes call back. Thank you Eddie.

Thank you John for your professionalism and knowledge regarding the repair of the two the gaskets and rail mullion on my refrigerator. It is wonderful to have the Sears Service Appliance Technicians come to my house and not a 3rd party outsourced company which Sears had been using. John is and asset to Sears and I am grateful for his service. Also, big shout out to Arturo for the yearly maintaince on my six appliances and to repair technician Steven W. for his diagnosis and ordering the parts needed so my refrigerator is running in top condition.
