I, jim, thought the inspector was very detailed in inspection of out refrigerator fire , unexplainable, but happened. The only problem was, the owner was out of state, and already paided the 100 dollar requirement. When the technician showed he also charged an extra 100 dollars. I was just the roommate. I am sure it will get resolved. Thanks again. Great guy.
