The last technician was very professional and knew his trade. i appreciated his knowledge and work ethic. However, the other technicians seemed to be guessing, and it showed. It should not take 4 techs and over 20 days to repair a washing machine! I would never recommend Sear to anyone with results like this, and I would most certainly not purchase a home warranty from sears with the experience, Sears was a trusted name.
