Gary called before he came. When all parts had not been received. He checked on them and told us the parts would be there that day. He made a new appointment for the next day (first one). He arrived on time and immediately got to work. I was surprised when he said he was finished. I appreciated his work ethics. He was very nice and pleasant. It was an honor having him work on our refrigerator.
