Technician was prompt and installed the part quickly. 2 big problems: we were assigned a time and date when we were supposed to be out of town by email. Both my husband and i responded twice that we needed another date but no response. Then we had a small emergency and were about to get in the car when he arrived. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color part. We plan to cancel our home services contract they talked us into. If we can’t select our own date and time it is worthless to us. The technician, however, was excellent.
