The technician that came to do the maintenance check on my appliances ordered the wrong parts for my washer. When another technician came to install the parts was leaving my house without telling me the problem had not been solved, luckily I checked my washer before he left. That is when he told me the first technician ordered the wrong parts he installed. I now must set more appointments to have my washer repaired. Additionally the second technician called and said he would be at my house by noon (my appointment window was 8:00-12:00) for my appointment but did not arrive until 1:30 an hour and half past when he said he would arrive.
