Our service provider was on top of it. He fixed the dishwasher and ran tests to make sure it was working. He also had to check the oven. He ordered the parts we needed, and hopefully that will take care of the problem. He let us know exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. Thank you Job-seth D.
