Service was very quick! The coverage offered when the appliances were bough were worth it!!! Although the automated system is a bit slow for appointments it’s worth it. New appliances will always need repairs down the line so it’s worth paying upfront for the service.

Steve was a very good technician. He arrived right in time. He thoroughly cleaned and checked the portable AC unit, answered all my questions and give me good information about my appliance. His manor was personable and congenial throughout the visit. I would highly recommend him as a service technician.
