Not happy that he did not replace the old rails with the New ones. He couldn’t get the left side to fit so he replaced the right side with a New one and placed the old one back on the left side. He did replace the door gasket. I’m still having the same issue of frost buildup. Now every time we open and close the freezer it’s leaving a black residue on the left side of the freezer. From the old rail that did not get replaced. We need a do- over for sure.

This rate has nothing to do with Arturo (Tech), Once he got here he was professional and courtious, the reason for the two stars is because my appoint was for 8 - 12 pm. my tech did not arrive till 2pm. this is because SHS's had too many jobs scheduled. And the tracking app SHS uses is complete CRAP. since 10am it said I was the next job, and showed the tech was in Escondido, when the tech arrived it still showed him in the same place.

He didn’t run the dishwasher through the complete cycle, art he left I ran the complete cycle and recorded the noise to demonstrate to him that I was not making it up

Stay away from this company!! Charged us $547 to NOT install parts. No live customer support to assist. Total SCAM! Received below LG Parts ($192) for Kenmore Dryer. Below parts never installed, but we were charge for parts and service. What is going on?

The technician Rudy was fantastic and he was very customer service oriented, however, Sears Appliance has a broken and failed customer service model with a completely AI generated communications stream. There is no way to connect or escalate to a live person. My service was scheduled between 8-12, received text they would arrive between 9-11 and received multiple conflicting texts the technician was on the way. At almost 5pm tried using their AI text system to find out why the service was a no-show which brought me to an AI phone system where no constructive service occurred as there was no person to speak with and leaves the customer in AI dead end . The system automatically rescheduled my service to the next day without my authorization. There is no way to communicate and resolve issues in real time. The ice maker part that was installed two days ago is defective and is not working and there is no way to call anyone to fix this and it was an expensive repair. A company can’t rely solely on AI without backup human interaction. Epic fail on Sears Appliance Repair and warn others to find a service to conduct repair business where problems can be remediated with a live person and in real time. The phone numbers to call are dead ends and leave the consumer without any recourse. I will need to take other action now to resolve the failed part which does not work. Buyer beware!
