Sears is the worst no wonder they are going out of business. They installed an HVAC system in my house onto a pipe with asbestos. Have made 2 appointments with them to come fix the issue, first visit could not or would not touch asbestos pipe. Was asked to schedule a new appointment so the right tech would come. Took time off work today and tech canceled appointment saying wrong address He went to wrong address i provided the right address Well start looking for a lawyer no, can't get anyone help me at sears

Update on Sears terrible services. They responded to my last review and provided a number for me to call for help. Have been trying for the last 2 hours to get the right department (All AI) and have had no luck. I scheduled another appointment, since the one on 8th was cancelled, and now the one for the 15th was cancelled as well. I believe I have made enough effort to have Sears make the asbestos issue at my home right. Oh, by the way the system was installed 7 years ago and for the last 4 my husband has been battling cancer and I pulmonary issues. Have doctors results so next is seeing a lawyer. If you really want to make this right call me or get me to a live person that can help me resolve this issue.

The repair man came and stated that the stove was having issues due to being dirty. Instead of listening to my concerns and my explanation of the consistent issues we have had with lighting/turning it, he disregarded me. We continue to have the issue after is supposed "repair" and "cleaning." So all that ended up happening was him wasting my time and I still have a the same issues with my stove. He told me I was incorrectly using the stove and continued to brushed off me off. If you want to get your stove fixed without wasting your time, find someone else.

Choice Warranity scheduled Sears 6 weeks ago. 2-3 weeks later, Sears had to reschedule…today i waited till 0930am and repairman said oh we didn’t know it was a high-rise and I’m sorry we don’t work there. Now I have to reschedule. This is ridiculous.

The repair person was a joke. He came out one day and said he couldn’t diagnose the problem because he didn’t have the right work order ticket. The next day he came out and barely looked at the refrigerator. He said it may be a fan that is not working properly, but he did not Open anything up to check it and only spent 30 seconds. It was apparent that he really didn’t want to do his job

Charged the $75 service fee. Tech said it’s under warranty so nothing he can do. Waste of time.

They are using an AI program which is currently very inefficient. It changed my appointment for no reason, so I made a new one. Then it sent the technician on the original appointment day. At one point I had three appointments, not knowing who would show up when. The technician did not know much about the refrigerator I had so not much was accomplished. He was very nice and as helpful as possible.

Absolutely horrible. To save time I had two appointments during the same window of time. One technician called and said there was an error in the paperwork so he couldn't show up without the correction. While on the phone trying to correct that, the second technician didn't show up. I was told they would be here between 1-5pm. He or she sent me a message that my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for a day I didn't and can't be here. It was without my consent after I waited 3 and a half hours. It's still during my open window and the company can't make him come today. It's still 1.5 hours before it's 5pm. What a waste of my time. The dispatch said I had to contact the insurance company to express my concern. Arent they the insurance company if they are the ones that answer when I call the number on my policy paperwork.????
