My name is virgilio d duro I have a warranty repair for my Kenmore dryer that was found by your technician on June 5 2026 that can no longer repaired or unremarkable. The technician name is Michael l. He is based in san bernardino calif where I reside. Michael told me that sears will be calling me for sears to replace the damaged dryer but it's been more than a week now sears is not calling me regarding this situation. I have been calling all the available phones nos but everything is recording or AI voice. Please respond to this situation HELPPPP SEARS NOT TAKING CARE RIGHT NOW...
