Amado provided excellent service. He arrived on time with the correct part and all the tools needed to replace my washing machine’s hot water valve quickly and efficiently. The washer is now working great with no leaks or other issues. He also kindly helped move it so I could clean and mop behind it before putting everything back. He was courteous, respectful, and professional, and I truly appreciate his hard work.

My name is virgilio d duro I have a warranty repair for my Kenmore dryer that was found by your technician on June 5 2026 that can no longer repaired or unremarkable. The technician name is Michael l. He is based in san bernardino calif where I reside. Michael told me that sears will be calling me for sears to replace the damaged dryer but it's been more than a week now sears is not calling me regarding this situation. I have been calling all the available phones nos but everything is recording or AI voice. Please respond to this situation HELPPPP SEARS NOT TAKING CARE RIGHT NOW...
