Carlos must be one of the top technicians in Sears Home Services. He was sharp to analyze the problem and identified the parts that caused it. He then took the time to work on a solution given the narrow space on top of the fridge. Sears also sent Jose, a bright young tech, to be an assistance to the repairing process. Great job done Carlos and Jose! Thank you.

The technician was professional and friendly. He checked the system and located the problem and informed me of the cost to repair. I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately I feel that the cost to repair exceeds what it's worth. I've decided to replace the unit.
