Carlos must be one of the top technicians in Sears Home Services. He was sharp to analyze the problem and identified the parts that caused it. He then took the time to work on a solution given the narrow space on top of the fridge. Sears also sent Jose, a bright young tech, to be an assistance to the repairing process. The technician was professional and friendly. He checked the system and located the problem and informed me of the cost to repair. I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately I feel that the cost to repair exceeds what it's worth. I've decided to replace the unit.

Amazing service technician. Exactly what I asked for it. He helped me achieve and we did it. Disassembling the oven doors correctly and cleaning them and putting them all back together. The technician was truly a professional.

The Technician was very professional and thorough. He maintenanced my washer and dryer . He addressed the noise in the dryer and changed the belt, vacuumed and he was very courteous.
