He checked the AC unit and Furnace...said their was a coolant leak...eventually diagnosed the condenser & coil was bad and all coolant leaked. Said he called it in, and I am now waiting on our warranty company to get back with me. Thank You

Enrique was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help me resolve my issues concerning the AI system and the part for my washing machine and installing it. Give Enrique a raise! Issues: 1. The part was ordered twice by a technician but was never received. 2. Your AI system is not as functional and helpful as you would like it to be. I needed to talk to a LIVE person not an AI about me not receiving my part in the mail. This was a 2 month ordeal on trying to get this issue resolve. AI is not always effective when it comes to managing details and issues. Customers need to have the option to talk to a LIVE person. Thank you Enrique for your assistance.
