A bit late (appt was for 8-12, arrived about 1:20) but did outstanding work. Unfortunately, the repair would have cost $1100. I went to Home Depot and got a new GE for $1098!

Jim was great. Scheduling your service sucks. You ai tool is horrible. It created a duplicate order without sending me any confirmation code. Then a previous tech decides - on his own, without contacting me, to cancel the order. Over all experience is 1 star. Jim gets 4 stars

After having a horrible experience waiting for two weeks. Having 2 appointments where no one showed up. This technician came after hours and repaired my machine. Thank you for finally coming and a quick repair. Excellent job. I am finally washing my clothes. Thank you.

Repaired oven just fine, no issues there. However I specifically asked him not to turn off house electricity after he said he had to turn off kitchen. I told him to first tell me because I had my computers. He still went ahead and turned off all electricity causing me to lose work and recover my computers. Also, left a mess, didn’t clean up after he finished. I had to sweep the floor and throw away the repaired part.

Renee the tech is excellent and efficient. If the rating is just for him, he will get 5/5 stars. But Sears not so much. Sears scheduled and confirmed the appointment multiple times via text and email but they no showed 2x without any word. We wasted 2 Saturdays but no showed despite confirming. On the 3rd reschedule, they confirmed they will come but on the last minute, they cancelled. So all in all, wasted 3 Saturdays. I called the call center multiple times, they are empathetic but not really helpful. Finally Rene came today and did the work fast and efficiently.
