The older Kenmore refrigerator required a new fan motor and a new "board," with both parts coming from out-of-state. Jose was able to diagnose the initial non-cooling problem and replaced the fan with hopes the cooling would begin. There was no change, so he then ordered a refurbished "board" and installed that with the guidance of a senior technician. Today, the refrigerator is functioning like brand new. I had to reschedule appointments because the second part would not have arrived in time for his scheduled return. That is where being able to speak to a live customer service representative would have made that complicated task much easier as there is no "other" on the chat feature or telephone menu. That is what Sears could do better!
