He was knowledgeable and explained what needed to happen. Made an appointment for the icemaker before he left. And was able to repair the stove top same day.

A bit late (appt was for 8-12, arrived about 1:20) but did outstanding work. Unfortunately, the repair would have cost $1100. I went to Home Depot and got a new GE for $1098!

Jim was great. Scheduling your service sucks. You ai tool is horrible. It created a duplicate order without sending me any confirmation code. Then a previous tech decides - on his own, without contacting me, to cancel the order. Over all experience is 1 star. Jim gets 4 stars
