Sal let me know when he was on the way so I could continue working and didn’t have to sit waiti for 3 hours. He answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand. I really appreciated his knowledge and his willingness to share it with me.

Jorge was very nice and courteous and explained the issue with my washing machine very clearly and thoroughly. I didn’t end up repairing it since it was costly considering the machine was 12 years old and I thought the investment wasn’t worth it. But I would still use this repair service again in the future!
