Senior tech Fidel, has been doing all he can to save our refrigerator. While, I still will not officially know Until the next 24 hours has passed , If Fidel’s master work is truly successful, my wife and I truly appreciate his expertise and knowledge as well as patience w/ answering our questions and concerns. Clearly, Fidel is experienced and has the ability to recognize the repairs needed With our refrigerator. I feel confident that he’s done all he can so that we may have a refrigerator operating at full capacity . Truly, Fidel is an asset to your company And needs to be acknowledged for his abilities and efforts.

At last! Old school competence with a sprinkle of elegance. How very refreshing. I do have to say the frequency of communication about when the arrival time would occur was a little bit nuts, but I’d rather have too much communication than not having a clue. Mike was awesome.
