My service technician was courteous, polite, and arrived within the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem and took corrective measures. We will see within a week of this fix the problem as it could be something other than what he fixed, but he can’t diagnose the other problem until we determine that What he fixed was not the only problem no problem with service tech, but for the scheduling through the warranty company through Sears it has been a nightmare. I had two Kenmore elite products that needed to be serviced a microwave and the refrigerator refrigerator no problem but the microwave the Underwriter kept referring to it as a range even though numerous times I corrected them they would tell me oh we understand it’s a microwave, but then would referred to it as a range. Apparently, they did not because in the service order it still referred to it as a range And not a microwave prior to my technician arriving I received several text messages asking for pictures model number, serial numbers and description of the problem which were all provided. They referred to it again as a range. I sent back all the information again and said please review this is not arranged. It is a microwave Thinking the problem had been taking care of when my technician showed up to service the microwave. He told me he could not because in his work order it said it was arrange. He also told me that after a year the model of Kenmore elite microwave I had they stopped making replacement parts for and it would have to be replaced, which is covered under the warranty, but I have to wait a week and go back through the process of scheduling another service technician to come out under a new work order that says microwave so he could tell me that it has to be replaced and then order a new one because this technician could not begin problems are not with the technicians but with the service center scheduling and warranty company and the fact that their text message service is apparently AI Generated and it can ask for information, not correct the problem and apparently does not pass the information onto the technicians like it says it will as both of them showed up unaware of the problems they were showing up to other than it stated refrigerator and incorrectly stated range instead of microwave
