It was a pleasure having the attentive service provided by Angel. He was informative about a few issues so we could move forward with a better understanding about certain functions of our clothes washer that we were unaware of. I feel he addressed our concerns professionally and didn't leave me with the feeling that I was lacking basic understanding skills.

Salvador came to fix my washer on Monday. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He did diagnostic went above and beyond trying to fix the lid lock. He explained the details of what was happening with the washer in simple terms to me and what was needed and that the parts would be ordered. But the parts sent were generic (after market) so he had to order new parts. Angel was the one dispatched to return two days later on Wednesday morning. He ran diagnostic before leaving to ensure it was going to work properly. So far so good. These two gentleman were true professionals and didn't try to do a fast job and leave before ensuring washer was working properly... like another company sent through my home warranty had previously done. Kudos to both of these gentleman for the great service and finally getting my washer running properly again.

Fidel had to come out twice to fix our refrigerator because the problem was originally misdiagnosed by the “robot”. Fidel was excellent, professional, friendly and we appreciated his visits tremendously. We would recommend him highly!
