Mike was extremely polite, professional, understanding, and very skilled in his work. He was patient with me and provided a lot knowledge with his work. Highly recommended tech! If I ever would have issues with my dishwasher again I would want him to help me and my family in the future.

Mike has been great! He’s very thorough and gives great advice on how to keep appliances in clean working order so we have less chances of breakdowns. One of the Best guys from the Sears maintenance team.

If it were possible, I’d give 10 stars. Incredible efficient, friendly professional, and informed us of a really great feature on our stove top and we didn’t even know existed for the last 20 years. Outstanding.
