Teddy was very nice and efficient. He diagnosed the problem as a closed seal system leak. He said it 2as covered for 5 years with Samsung. What he failed to do was state his diagnoses on the work order. Without the diagnoses and can't get Samsung out to repair the problem and your A I sucks. So my food is rotting until I can some how reach Tedy and get him to clarify the problem....

The technician was polite and friendly. I took off a star because he was supposed to arrive by 12 and did not get here until nearly 2 pm.

The technician was fine other than being a little bit defensive. He wasn’t able to accomplish what we wanted because Sears does not clean out vents and we were very specific about our request so the job is not complete. My complaint and I give less than one star is to Sears and the general service lack of access to resolution and, other service providers that do not keep their word we have had terrible experiences ongoingly with your company. I am completely disappointed and will never buy as much as a screw from Sears ever again because of my experience and how much valuable time Sears has wasted , For me personally! I can’t imagine a company that was founded on service and quality products that is declined to this degree it’s disheartening and sad! But you have lost a good customer and I will not reconsider

Gabriel did a great job with follow up. Please do not send Fidel. Fidel initially ordered parts that were wrong and not needed which made our wait time much longer. We had no refrigerator for a month! Thank goodness Gabriel was the next technician. He was knowledgeable.

Kudos to the service technician who drove a long way to get here, arrived on time and was professional and communicative while here. He was not able to resolve the issue and says the part may not be available. If it can’t be located by, we’ll need to replace the washing machine.
