Great service; technician was very knowledgeable, he knew what the problem was in the first few minutes. He ordered the parts and the second time he came back, was able to install new board with solenoids and new rubber drub cover in less than 45min. Thank you!

Sears serviceman Angel was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts needed to do the service with him; no need to order parts and return to do the repair. He quickly completed the job and had the dryer running like new again.

Technician was great but not happy with service as the shelf for the refrigerator is not covered under the warranty and instead of informing me of that fact, AHS charged $100 to send a technician out to tell me that it’s not covered. I clearly stated in my call that the door shelf was broken. So my time and your techs time was wasted. NOT a happy customer 😡
