The service repair person Angel was awesome. He reassured me that he had the part needed to fix my washer and fixed it within 10 to 15 minutes. Part of that time was going to his van to get the part. He was also very much comic relief. I was worried about having to get another washer because it was old and he reassured that it would not be an issue. Thank you Angel!! You were awesome.

Great service; technician was very knowledgeable, he knew what the problem was in the first few minutes. He ordered the parts and the second time he came back, was able to install new board with solenoids and new rubber drub cover in less than 45min. Thank you!

Sears serviceman Angel was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts needed to do the service with him; no need to order parts and return to do the repair. He quickly completed the job and had the dryer running like new again.
