Very good experience. The service tech, Adam, did a great job and was knowledgeable, friendly, and careful. To comment on Sears Appliance Repair in general, the cost just to replace a pulley with a frozen bearing was $370 some dollars. For 45 minutes of work, that seems to me to be an excessive charge. If the cost had been a couple hundred dollars, it would be reasonable. Just my two cents.
