Technician was prompt and listened about the issue. Then was able to fix the issue with out any uncertainty. I appreciated that he explained first how my refrigerator operates inside and why. ( compressor and coils). He also did some maintenance and my refrigerator was back to normal. Also, I asked him to check if I was using the correct settings and he checked it and explained how this one operated. I had the correct settings but the additional information was helpful as the manual that came with the refrigerator was hard to understand. Thank you. Recommend this technician with honors.

I have not been happy with Sears for a long time when it comes to facilitating appliance repairs. I was not anticipating anything but wrong parts and another rescheduled appointment but on Thursday, A & E sent Mike. Mike troubleshooted the problem with my oven that no one ever could! And all 4 burners light on my stove top again. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had forgotten what it was like to have everything in working order. Thank you SO MUCH for your expertise Mike!
