I have not been happy with Sears for a long time when it comes to facilitating appliance repairs. I was not anticipating anything but wrong parts and another rescheduled appointment but on Thursday, A & E sent Mike. Mike troubleshooted the problem with my oven that no one ever could! And all 4 burners light on my stove top again. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had forgotten what it was like to have everything in working order. Thank you SO MUCH for your expertise Mike!

Jorge was an excellent worker. I have no problem with him as my technician. I had a big problem with Sears, the company, and I’m not the only one. It took a month to get my washing machine fixed. They did not communicate with me and went back and forth between fixing the machine and getting me a replacement. After a month of waiting, the part suddenly arrived.
