The technician was very professional, patient and kind. He answered all my questions. I appreciate that he took the time to figure out the problem with my freezer door not closing correctly. He should be promoted or get a big raise. Because there's not very many technicians like him now days. I am grateful for the excellent service and attention that he gave to my problem with the refrigerator and freezer door. I appreciate your time and service Claudio.

The technician that came out was great. I just wanted a maintenance done on my stove and clothes dryer. I got a text message asking me what was wrong with my appliances. It was just a virtual assistant, but I responded and said I only needed a maintenance done on it. They sent me several other text messages throughout the days before my appointment asking the same thing. Then probably three days before they sent me a My appointment and I did and they kept sending me text messages again asking me to confirm my appointment. The day before my appointment it said if you don’t confirm you could risk having your appointment canceled. They really need to do something about this. It is very annoying to get a text message and respond and it looks like you’re not responding Again, as far as my technician, he was great
