Unfortunately our dryer could not be repaired (17 year old Kenmore) but our technician Ladarius did an outstanding job of trying absolutely everything to get it working again! He went above and beyond to try and fix it. We are very appreciative of his professionalism and effort.

He was so kind and friendly and very professional. He even gave us tips on how to clean and maintenance the dryer.

Appointment made quickly, called and emailed in a timely fashion. Trouble shooted before leaving.

Very polite, respectful and personable. Very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed the problem in a short about of time. I'll definitely call them again!
