The technician identified the problem quickly and had the replacement parts on his van. The repair was completed the same day. No having to order parts and waiting for the parts to come in. The tech was friendly and courteous.

The tech had to order a part, it was shipped in timely manner an tech came and fixed the washer knob. He is a great tech and very informative.

The Sears technician who serviced our appliances was extremely courteous as well as considerate -- he kept us advised of his location and when we could expect him at our home. He was totally efficient once he arrived here and as I indicated, extremely courteous as well as pleasant.

Chad arrived well-prepared, professional, and efficient. He inspected the washer and asked if we had installed the ring on the gasket sleeve of the washer. Of course, we had not attempted any repairs and I had no idea that the ring was installed in the wrong place by a previous service repair. Chad corrected the installation and tested the washer. The washer is performing beautifully, no wet floors, no drainage problems. Thank you for your prompt and effective repair.
