Farhad called me before he arrived. He was on time and extremely knowledgeable about the dryer's problem. He offered me a service to clean the dryer as well, which I agreed to. He was not only professional but also very personable. Your technicians are the best in the industry. I know, I have been a SEARS customer over 50 years.
