Review of Sear's Technician Mohammad
Mohammad performed Preventative Maintenance on my home's Samsung French Door Refrigerator, my Kitchen Aide Dishwasher, My Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer. He repaired the Refrigerator's ice maker which was leaking. Mohammad conducted himself in a courteous and professional manner. I will ask for him to do all future repair and preventative maintenance in future at my home as he is excellent. Mohammad is a credit to your company. Wow I can honestly say I have never had any type of technician come to my house and throughly explain what is possible going on. Zabiullah was not pushy but let me know what could happen if I don't get my issue fixed. Amazing customer service!

The service person Zabi was excellent, but the auger motor installed did not fix the refigerator. No ice cubes and the refrigerator does not get cold. I can not put meat in the freezer and all the food will spoil. Where is the replacement refigerator.
