Sears sent a tech out today to diagnose my washing machine problem (service# 000818413302089) and the technician DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to diagnose the problem. All he did, based on what I explained what was happening, was tell me it would cost $477 to repair it. He didn't even touch the washing machine and I still got charged $129 for a diagnostic. I have tried calling the repair line, going online to file a complaint and can not find a human to file a complaint. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Shame on you Sears!

Did not show. Tech said he accidentally closed the tix & never showed up. AHS warranty told me that the tech reported nothing wrong with dryer??? He never showed up at my house & sears couldn’t get me back on the list until tomorrow. Terrible way to start. That tech should be written up.

They canceled my appointment at almost 3pm, halfway into my appointment window which was between 1 and 5pm. This is after I rearranged my day to be home. I was counting on this because I have water leaking on my floor and wet clothes locked into the washer that are probably going to be ruined with mold. Any other repair person I could have gotten set up is now going to take longer to get out here because I’m just now scheduling. Also, the appointment and all communication is done by AI, including when they texted me two hours into my window to say the appointment needed to be canceled, or rescheduled for three days later. I definitely won’t trust them again.

12/5/25 8am to 12 noon is their rehedule for 12/3/25 8-12 and 12-5pm. They did not Show either dates; kept extending time on webpage with no notification; did not call to confirm if new time was good or not. Plus extended time way pass 5pm. NO consideration for other people time. Horrible Horrible customer service.

Not very helpful, negative demeanor, didn’t want to fix anything, rude and opinionated. Made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. It just seemed like he wanted to go home and not do his job.

It's terrible service. The first tech came and did an estimate, which I agreed and paid $340 for part and labor to fix the door hinge. The next day, the second tech came with the part that was ordered by first tech. After observing the door hinge, the second tech said the door was too damaged and refused to fix. Basically he said the first tech estimate was wrong. In the end I had to pay $130 for the estimate. Tell me that I am too critical of your service by grading one star

Manzoor has great customer service! Unfortunately your company charges over $600 to replace a $60 shifter which takes max 1 hour to repair otherwise I would have approved the repair. I highly recommend Manzoor for his quick assessment and ability to convey the issue. However I give your pricing 1 Star ⭐️

After technician left an hour later we could smell a burning odor coming from refrigerator . We unplugged the refrigerator the wires were burning. Had to purchase a new Refrigerator.
