The system that informs us about the time that the tech will show up works really well. Mohammed showed up on time did a thorough inspection and relayed to me what he found. He was quick and thorough and communicates well. Thanks!

5 star! Ron the AC service tech was awesome! He diagnosed the problem with my AC, guided me through the warrenty process which saved me 25%, performed a quick repair, and answered all my questions about the AC and symptoms to watch out for in the future. You can hire these guys direct or thru the sears home warrenty program which is managed by Cinch. Cinch is not a cinch to use. If it is something simple the computer can handle it Good, but if it is complicated it does not work and the staff dont know what they are doing. It is extremly painful to get full coverage from your warrenty with these guys at Cinch! I mean hours and days on the phone with a circle of 12 different people! Unbelievable.
