My technician Zer ( sp? ) was personable and professional. He identified the problem with my washer quickly and gave me an estimate. Even though the repair was one of those tricky ones he didn't lose his cool. AND he CORRECTLY identified the problem. If all the Sears service folks are as good as him they are lucky and I will use the service again. Job well done.

The service we needed was on Central Heat/Air. Our technician Adam was great! Kept us informed and as soon as he diagnosed the problem gave us a quote. He needed to order parts and returned 3 days…within an hour of receiving the parts.
