Conrad was very knowledgeable about the refrigerator & identified the problem with my ice maker really quick. He happened to have the part to repair & get my ice going again. He took the time to ask for a towel to help keep my frozen items frozen while he worked on the ice maker. He also should me the different features on the refrigerator & how to change my filter. Kudos to Conrad

Arrived on time. Very personable and professional technician. Quick diagnosis and repair. Repair crested "very little" mess, but technician cleaned up behind himself. Showed/Explained the issue. Was in and out in about 30 minutes! Excellent, efficient, effective service!

Muhamid is an excellent technician. He has been too our house twice, first for a Sears Kenmore Elite 13 year old refrigerator and today for our Whirlpool microwave oven which is almost three years old. He gave me all the information about how much it would cost to fix the refrigerator which I decided to junk. He discovered a loose wire in the microwave and showed us that the microwave now is good. He determined that we do not have power to where we plug in the microwave to the wall socket. I will call an electrician on Monday as this is a very strange situation. all the curicut breakers are all on and all sockets in the kitchen are on. I really appreciated his talent, he is a very professional technician.

Russell was professional, friendly, informative and hopefully he did fix the washing machine. Haven’t used it yet. The problem is Sears over books the workers so the scheduled window is never accurate.
