Sears Home Services used to be fine, but Cinch took it over and that could be the downfall problem - these are my feelings: the technicians are great. Logan came out today and completed the repair on our Washing Machine. All is good there. But dealing with the company on the phone has been a disaster! They ask me the same questions over and over, keep transferring me around to different departments and keep me on hold for a long time. It has taken 4-6 months to complete the repairs on our Washer because parts weren’t ordered on time and who knows what else! We’re fed up…….

Yee did a great job with the service, and an excellent job of describing the issue. Yee took over from a different tech who was running behind, so although the time window was missed, we appreciate how promptly came to the aid of his fellow technician. The warranty covered most of the repair, so I am glad we had that as well.

Ladarius was great. He came to repair my washing machine. He was friendly and efficient in diagnosing the problem. He communicated the issue and provided some guidance. Fortunately this was not a major repair. I would recommend Ladarius for any appliance repair.
