Was good experience the technician explained the problem to me simple enough that even I could understand what was going on.

Technician was great. He described everything he did and was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He even gave me ponters on how to keep another appliance ship shape. If I could give extra stars, I would. I will remember his name in case I need repairs on another appliance and recommend Sears Service to others because of this.

Repair of dish washer. Excellent in all respects. Courteous timely efficient. All are five Starr. Robert medearis. Sorry for the delay as we have had a two week vacation. Bob.

Technician was on time and courteous and efficient

My experience was what I expected from the repair guy, he was helpful plus gave me other helpful advice. He also showed concern for my needs and went above and beyond on a seperate issue then what my initial call was for.

On time, quick service, always call sears repair, never disappointed. I highly recommend 👍

His working habits were very clean and great, he took his time to get the work done and to our satisfaction. He was very polite and respectful of our time.
