Technician was very knowledgeable, asked the right questions, went right to what he thought might be the problem, and Bingo! Ordered the part, came back after the part was delivered, installed the part, and the 'fridge has run quietly ever since. And the guy at your trouble desk was reluctant to send someone.

The technician identified the problem shortly after arriving. He did not fix the problem as it was not a problem with the unit but rather the 240V electrical supply to the unit. He was correct in his assessment. Our local electrical service technicians were here as soon as we scheduled them and they found several problems with the electrical supply and corrected all of them.

Despite the repairman not being friendly, he did excellent work and fixed the fridge better than when I bought it. Very satisfied 👌
