Our Service Representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We had an issue with our Dryer and he was in and out in under 30 minutes. He was extremely friendly to my kids when they were asking him question, and he was extremely professional.

Avi hits the gold mark every time! He is prompt, thorough, very efficient, and the mower always work like a charm when he has done his work! It is also encouraging these days to see the same person even if it has been a year or two- think this is his 3-4th time providing my yearly service, and it is nice to see a familiar face and know the job will be well done.

Sears always makes sure our needs are met. The repairmen were professional and efficient. They skillfully identified the problem with our washer, ordered the parts, and came back as promised to do the repairs. They were courteous and willingly answered all of our questions.
