Our technician, Avi, was on time, clear about the service needed, neat and clean, polite, responsive to all our questions and needs and supportive of my disabled adult son's needs for his treadmill. Over the years of us using Sears warranties Avi has been here to service our equipment many times. His outstanding service is what drives me to continue to purchase the warranties on our equipment. He is a real asset to Sears and delivers Sears services with fiduciary care and commitment.

Really good service. Repair guy was experienced, fast, friendly, and did a great job. He even suggested an extended warranty which covers all parts and labor - much better deal if anything goes wrong again with our maytags.

The technician was wonderfully knowledgable and efficient. I was a 2nd time visit for the same problem and this tech was great. He came in the morning, ordered the part and installed in the afternoon.
