Excellent! The comunication was first rate, the technition was exactly on time and the HVAC unit (which was on the roof) was quickly repaired It couldn't have been better.

He was courteous and informative, but it ended up costing twice as much as first estimated because the first repair did not fix it (washing machine). He did end up repairing it.

Competent repair rep. Quick work to fix. Service could benefit by auto updating arrival times based on rep current time / location and distance/time to next job.

Both repairment were great. On time, professional, and informative The only thing that I did not like was scheduling an appointment with out the part being available. I waited 3 days each of them 4 hours and had to reschedule. It makes more sense to already have the part then schedule the installation. It's now fixed so thanks.

Adam is a very nice man and he thought he fixed it last time. He was here on 20 May, but it obviously was not fixed until he came back today and hopefully the part he replaced will be sufficient.

The service I rec'd would have been better if the technician had assured me that the AC didn't need anything else done to keep it operating-- like was there enough Freon in it or are there any other issue that might cause problems once he was gone. Would have like a more detailed report on its condition, since it is a very old unit.
