The one thing I might suggest is possibly wearing shoe covers inside of the house. Not a big deal though. Was courteous and friendly.

The second technician, Kevin, did a good job repairing my washer. That it took SEVEN weeks to get it done did not appear to be his fault. The automated notification system was confusing and inaccurate. It was extremely frustrating to never be able to reach a live person to help solve the problem.

Keith indicated that the part ordered was not the correct one. He used one from his truck, however I did not get a receipt as to the repair needed and keith took the newly ordered part with him , as far as I can see, leaving the old part in its box. The dryer works though I would think that the unused new part would not be randomly removed without explanation. Questions???

Mohammed was awesome. He came in and diagnosed the situation, and found that the issue was ice build up, and the fan ordered by the 1st Tech was not needed.

They came at the very end of the 5 hour window after waiting all day which could be better. Decent customer service. Nothing to rave about. Part of a warranty maintenance service so we shall see when a repair is actually needed.

We had our Zline oven serviced. I don't think the technician had worked on this type of oven before, but he figured it out. The problem we had was with the oven's fan not turning off. He replaced the panel and I am back baking again. He was very nice and respectful.
