Technician was late. Original appointment was between the hours of 8am-12pm, and he did not come until 1pm. Other than that he was polite and did his job.

The older gentlemen Mr. Dominguez, used common sense, patience and was willing to put Forth effort to fix the problem. The younger one, who showed up the first time, struck me as doing as little as possible to get by. He said a new door had to be ordered. They don’t repair. They order a new door. The wire to ice maker couldn’t be fixed. I waited over a month for a new door. Fed Ex dropped it over my gate, didn’t let me know they were there. Door wasn’t able to be used for some reason. Mr, Dominguez was able to get the ice maker to work after sticking with it. Turns out the wrong manual was being looked at? Hopefully, I’ll be getting ice over night. Only getting a few now 🤷♀️

Had to much trouble paying the bill.would not except 2 credit card. Will be calling a different place for service from now on. The service tech was very good thou.. I don't blame him.

Technician was very efficient once he finally arrived. Perhaps due to the holiday season, our first appointment was cancelled on the day of the scheduled visit. I agreed to a next day service. Technician was to arrive between 8-12. November show by 12, no message of delay. After numerous calls to SEARS, was informed that technician was still coming. He did not arrive until almost 4. Apparently several technicians were out. He had to pick up the slack. He did diagnose that the problem was not with the washing machine because the water wasn’t draining out due to a clogged drain system. Needed a plumber. Automated texting had some issues. Although I confirmed the original appointment, the system asked me 3 times to confirm.

The repairman came on time and replaced the thermostat that was over-cooling the refrigerator that was purchased just 15 months ago. In fact the over-cooling was there since the day the new refrigerator was purchased. The technician fixed the problem in 15 minutes. But also gave some good advice on some maintenance tips on the dishwasher about how to remove scaling from hard water- and how to do in inexpensively. That worked exactly as he said it would. I would have given 4 stars but for the following reason. I was covered by the extended Protection Package(extended warranty) and did not have to pay. But I was surprised to see the bill (I was covered by the warranty) that changing a part that was less than $10 cost $375. So since the labor cost was not high, it seems that by inference the overhead very high. So it has two lessons: 1) Always buy a warranty; and/or 2) Do not buy an appliance where the repair for a low priced part and minimal labor still costs half the price of the refrigerator.
