Worst service ever! Technician barely would talk, I had the part another tech ordered and he wouldn't tell me what it done or what was done just that he put it in. I asked if he tested the machine and he said "Yes". As he was in his truck, I started the machine and it was on the "spin" cycle. I got him and asked him why it was on "spin" and he said "I don't know"...well he was the one working on the machine! Didn't make me feel too secure about what he fixed. I then asked if he could make my dryer door stop squeaking. He opened it and said "It is nothing major, just needs some WD40 and left, he refused to do it and told me to do it...and he left ME with the large, heavy broken part (most techs always take the broken part away). NEVER want him as a tech again and I called and let the staff know to never send him to my house again! Three stars because so far the machine is working but zero stars for this guys attitude and trying to accommodate the customer.

The person that came to check our washer and dryer was in and out before we knew it. Thought there would be a more detailed check on the two items--like pull them out from their spots and take a look see. Guess that isn't done in this modern day. Sure hope is well behind the them....guess time will tell.

The service man came and he didn’t repair the air conditioner, he said he sent information to Sears, and he is waiting for the answer. Repairs the condition is the goal why he didn’t repair it. He told to expect a call from Sears. What is going on.

I have used their services in the past and was very satisfied. However, I scheduled an appointment online and a very nice tech by the name of Keith came to my home on a Tuesday, he instructed me there were several parts that needed to be ordered so he ordered them and I paid for them. I asked him when could someone come back to do the actual repairs and he said will Thursday between one and five work, and I agreed although I had a friend’s birthday party to be at. I waited around all day Thursday without any correspondence from anyone. I finally called a customer service number and it was all robotic and finally figured out how to get to a human being. They let me know that there was no appointment scheduled for me so I missed a day of work And then I had to wait around all day the next day between one and five and asked if they could get someone to come before 2 o’clock. He showed up at 3 o’clock if you have a busy schedule or want accountability I suggest you skip using this repair service. Very frustrated to say the least now we see if the dryer they fixed actually has no more issues.
