I had difficulty contacting a human being to make an urgent repair/leak and when I did they had difficulty locating my warranty and gavei me a four hour window to wait the next day. I emphasized to the agent what was wrong and to notate part or what was happening so repair agent was prepared! Agent did come and was friendly but as usual they said they didn't have the part and had to return later! The agent did return later and fixed the item which is why I gave two stars! Sear needs real customer service and to carry parts on the trucks. You will eventually get the item repaired but be prepared for hassle and loss of time!

Although the technician was on time and courteous, the repair has not held. He merely tightened a screw on the dishwasher and said it would be good to go. We were instructed that this model has a bit of a problem with opening the door, so be sure to ALWAYS pull straight out, not up when opening the door. Unfortunately the tightening of the screw was insufficient and we are pulling out not up, but the top portion of the door is still breaking away from the remainder of the front of the door. I hope I don't have to purchase a new dishwasher to get this resolved.

I would have given a 5 star excellent rating on Sears Appliance repair team. We originally were part of Silicon Valley and have had over 30years of appliances and always used the warranty coverage and extended for any that we were eligible for in the past. The technicians were never a bad experience and always knew what was needed got the job done and professional in every way. However, since our move to the Sacramento area we needed to supply our home with a few appliances and of course we looked around but decided to once again trust in sears for all our urgent needs. So we purchased the new washer and dryer Samsung set early on and had installed we added extended warranty and did a 1st time maintenance through the plan. After that we have had to have repair man come out for one thing after another. I don't have any negative words to the techs that would cause any real concern except the Fix-es 9nly seem to be somewhat temporary. At one point we were told we will need to have it replaced because of some part and from that point on were told no that is fixable well ok but just seems temporary and more like a bandaid then repair if they need to come repair it all the time it seems to me it would make more sense to replace it like I had been told it needed over a year ago. But to avoid ))llllll)lll sent a man that obviously knew he was to clear his name and make it work so he can get out till next time we define an issue. It was clear to me they had this lined up so they could lets say correct the employee we saw. Office and is a nice guy. The lull 'll deal with so many similar problems that would require another sort of fix. Now it seems we are typically waiting 2 weeks at a time for a tech and may need to schedule about every other month or few months in between then a quick fix till some weird reason it won't work again. I am greatful I have the units and the warranty and will keep it extended since what I will call and I I think I bought the lemon of the options for all we have dealt with and ESPECIALLY WAITING HOURS AND HOURS TO Been`$$$@@ through and I am thinking I will have to find someone to do now but I pray not.

Recently purchased the extended warranty for our washer and dryer and needed to call to service our dryer again (after it was serviced about 8 months ago). I am frustrated that it takes 2 weeks to schedule a service tech to come and fix my dryer. This time, unfortunately, the tech called in sick so I was contacted to reschedule my service call, had to wait another 2 weeks. I had to use a laundromat for 1 month. The service itself was good, when the technician did come out. I am frustrated because I paid for the extended warranty, waited 4 weeks for the fix, and had to spend money at the laundromat.

Very bad service. The technician said there was nothing wrong and didnt do anything. There is still water leaking. 2 stars because they came on time.
