He was unable to define or correct either of the questions I had. One, concerning the timer on my washer, and the other, for DW not drying, at times. He said I could change the timer on washer, if I read the manual. That is not the problem. It does not show the time at onset, like it did at start. And, why WOULD I want to change the time? He was clueless. Nice young man, but probably not the job for him

My overall Repair took 3 weeks based on ongoing telephone customer service conversations. It finally came to a conclusion on 9/10 which a text verified I was on the schedule. When no on showed up, and I again was on hold for up to 1:05, that prompted an abrupt cancellation of service on 9/10 to service on 9/13 rates 2 out of 10. It was one of the most ineffective and unprofessional service calls I've ever experienced. I will avoid using this service due to the lack of personal real person support. Additionally I will Yelp both LG and A & E so that other customers will not purchase the products you serve.

My washer is now louder than ever and continues to have issues. 3 call outs, only using AI for customer service is a nightmare, I have another call today and if I don't get resolution I am going to dispute the charges. It was good for 2 days and nothing but problems since.

Sears downplayed the issue with our washer machine and blamed the problem on our water pressure. Will be ordering parts and taking care of the issue myself.

Mohammad was kind and efficient. I'd give him 5 stars if he fixed our ice maker, but it is not fixed. No more ice has been made. Our problem was the ice maker was not making ice cubes. He hit the reset button and ice fell out. We could hear it. However, the ice maker is STILL NOT WORKING. So, we paid for the service call and NOTHING is fixed. No way to contact Sears Appliance as the emails I get are all "no reply." Really regretting the fact I contacted Sears Appliance Repair. Hope this review helps someone else.

Highly untrained professionals. I hired them for refrigerator repair. the technician spent 2 hours on video call to find the issue. someone instructing him how to check voltage. he could not understand the circuit diagram. after 2 hours he gave up, suggested a random part list. told us he cannot repair it even if the parts are available and suggested us to buy some other brand. i paid but did not get any services. they are a big cheat. never trust this company.

Didn't fix the fridge. Sent technician twice, but ended up ordering the wrong detail and then attaching the tape. The soda was frozen and blew up in the fridge
